Guardian of Cleanliness & Safety: Join Us as a Supervisor of Housekeeping & Security!Location: Varachha, SuratExperience: 2 - 4 yearsCTC: 15,000 to 20,000 per monthYour Role

• Housekeeping Operations: Oversee the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all hospital areas. Manage cleaning schedules, inspect facilities, and address any complaints promptly.
• Security Operations: Supervise the security team to maintain the safety and security of the hospital premises. Develop security protocols, manage duty rosters, and handle security incidents effectively.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of housekeeping and security teams. Conduct staff meetings, coordinate staffing needs, and enforce hospital policies.
• Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and submit performance and incident reports to the Administrative Manager, ensuring compliance with regulations.

What You Bring

• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in supervising housekeeping and/or security operations, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Education: Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Hospital Administration, Facilities Management, Security Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills. Knowledge of hospital safety and hygiene standards. Proficiency in creating duty rosters and handling emergencies. Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Hospital Administration, Facilities Management, Security Management, or related field.
