Guardian of Cleanliness & Safety: Become Our Housekeeping & Security Supervisor!Location: Varachha, SuratExperience: 2 - 4 yearsAbout the RoleAs the Supervisor of Housekeeping & Security at Refining Skills Academy, youll be instrumental in maintaining our hospital\'s safety, hygiene, and overall environment. Through hands-on leadership, you\'ll ensure our patients, staff, and visitors experience a clean, secure, and welcoming atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping Excellence: Supervise the housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all areas. Youll manage cleaning schedules, inspect facilities, and promptly address any cleanliness concerns or complaints.
• Safety & Security Management: Oversee the security team to safeguard hospital premises. Develop and enforce security protocols, manage duty rosters, and respond to security incidents efficiently to maintain a secure environment.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and guide housekeeping and security staff. Organize meetings, coordinate shifts, enforce policies, and encourage a high standard of performance.
• Operational Coordination: Work closely with other departments to streamline operations, prepare performance and incident reports, and ensure compliance with hospital safety regulations.

What You Bring

• Experience: 2-4 years of supervising housekeeping and/or security in a hospital or similar setting.
• Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Hospital Administration, Facilities Management, Security Management, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in creating duty rosters, handling emergencies, and enforcing hygiene and safety standards. Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
