### : Electrical Supervisor Engineer for Solar Project Execution

Job Summary:
The Electrical Supervisor Engineer will oversee the electrical aspects of solar project execution, ensuring that all installations and electrical systems meet the project's technical specifications, safety standards, and are completed on schedule. This role involves supervising a team of electrical technicians and working closely with other project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination: • Develop and review electrical design plans and schematics for solar projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project schedules and resource allocation.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing project documentation, including blueprints, technical specifications, and reports.



2. Site Supervision and Management: • Supervise and manage on-site electrical installation activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety standards.
• Monitor the performance of electrical technicians, providing guidance and training as necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.



3. Quality Assurance and Compliance: • Ensure all electrical components and installations comply with industry standards, local regulations, and project specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent electrical hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems to verify proper operation and functionality.



4. Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: • Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during project execution.
• Provide technical support and expertise to address electrical problems and ensure timely resolution.



5. Documentation and Reporting: • Maintain accurate records of electrical work, including daily logs, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation of all changes and updates to project plans.



6. Team Leadership: • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of electrical technicians and subcontractors.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging professional growth and development.



Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in solar project execution or renewable energy projects.
• Licenses/Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. Certification in project management or renewable energy systems is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, PVsyst) and knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work on-site in various conditions, including outdoor environments.
