Your Job Overall responsible for Handling the production in stamping department. Responsible for productivity, quality, resource utilization, raw material accountability, trouble shooting and continual improvements in stamping. Training and development of subordinates/stamping team members on stamping process and optimization. Adherence to QMS, EHS & EMS requirements, Responsible for productivity, resource utilization and compliance to the procedures during shift supervision. Resposnible for inculcating PBM culture among team members. What You Will Do Ensure compliance to QMS /EMS, driving continual improvement plans and CA. Ensure QMS & EHS Policies are understood throughout the department Develop and maintain SOPs, WIs, Formats required for the department, along with the team Identifying improvement opportunities in processing and strive for excellence Provide on the job training to his team. Coordinate with HR for training. Implement Do\'s & Don\'ts per IATF .ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards. Any other projects/work assigned by management Maintain & protect the Informations & data. To carry out SAP transaction in production module & monitor the same when delegated to SAP document controller /subordinates Ensure adherance to the 6S and safety practices in the plant during shift supervision Ensure optimal utilization of resources in stamping and strive to exceed the department objectives. Ensure proper and continous communication with teammates and adress the concerns ontime with the support from management Do material reconciliation in stamping, as required To review daily die requirements with die-maintenance. Arrange RM & consumables as planned Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Graduate/Diploma in any Engineering Discipline like Mechanical, Production, Tool & Die Making Min 5- 6 yrs. of experience with 3 yrs. in stamping What Will Put You Ahead Knowledge in Connector manufacturing process Thorough knowledge about stamping machines and auxiliary equipment, stamping process, process optimization. Able to set up machine & auxiliaries and load/unload the dies independently Fair Knowledge about Die Making and maintenance Knowledge on Quality System ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 Product quality / measurement techniques Development of PFMEA, control plan and deployment within team knowledge about HIRA study, EMPs Etc.. Training & Mentoring skills SAP or equivalent MRP system with good understanding of batch management module. Basic SPC technique and its application Skilled in shop floor/maintenance performance monitoring Knowledge on Lean manufacturing tools & techniques Systematic problem solving technique, like PDCA, 8D Good Communication and presentation skill At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
