- Oversee and manage the daily activities of female staff in the production area.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the director on staff performance and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and ensure data entry in Excel.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by the team.
- Address any staff concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Any Graduate with 2 to 4 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in managing and leading female staff.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency in Excel for daily reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues effectively.
- Petrol Allowance Provided (No Transportation)
- Female Candidates Are Preferred For This Role.
