:Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports generation & reviewEffective monitoring of Operators time management, utilizing the available resource and executing the assembly / re-configuration of cranes timely.Monitoring hired P&M and Hire equipment Allocation to areawise in the project.identifying the spares and consumables required for regular maintenance works and according raising the indents for maintaining the inventory of spares and consumablesMonitoring HSD consumption & trackingIdentification of break downs & its riskConstruction Vehicles- Dumpers, Tippers, Trailers, Four WheelersConst.Equipments- Matl.Handling Equpmt, Crawler and Tyre Mounted Cranes, Concrete Mixers, Compactors, Heavy Duty Pumps etcErection of major plant & MachineryServicing/ Regular maintenance of equipment\'s
