: Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and professional Supervisor with 3-4 years of experience to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure adherence to company standards. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and the ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Assign work schedules, monitor progress, and ensure team goals are met.
• Provide continuous training, guidance, and constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
• Ensure all tasks and processes are performed in compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Address operational challenges promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings to align objectives and foster collaboration.
• Monitor inventory, maintain resource availability, and ensure a safe, organized work environment.

Requirements :

• 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• You should have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• You should possess excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• You should be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
• You should have problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving operational issues.
• You should be able to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with other departments.
• You should have your own bike and a valid driver's license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
