Job Title : Supervisor - Overhead Equipment (OHE)

Job Summary :
Shivam Condev Private Limited seeks two experienced OHE Supervisors for the Dhanbad railway project to oversee critical Overhead Equipment (OHE) activities. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in OHE work, including foundation construction and managing TSS (Traction Substations), SP (Sectioning Posts), and SSP (Sub-Sectioning Posts) work. This role requires in-depth knowledge of OHE installation and maintenance, strong organizational skills, and the ability to guide teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise OHE foundation works, including civil and structural aspects.
• Coordinate and monitor TSS, SP, and SSP installations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure safety protocols and compliance with railway and company regulations.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, track progress, and report to higher management.
• Train and oversee field personnel for efficient task execution.

Qualifications :

• 10+ years of experience in OHE work.
• Proven knowledge in foundation work and TSS, SP, SSP construction.

Salary : ?25,000 per month
