Responsible for productivity, quality, resource utilization, raw material accountability, trouble shooting and continual improvements in stamping.What You Will DoEnsure compliance to QMS /EHSMS / ISMS, driving continual improvement plans and CA. Ensure QMS & EHS Policies are understood throughout the departmentDevelop and maintain SOPs, WIs, Formats required for the department, along with the teamDevelop FMEA, Control Plan and APQP documents related to stamping, along with the CFTIdentifying improvement opportunities in processing and strive for excellenceEstablish systems in place as per Quality policy, participate in IQA and ensure observations\' closureWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Min 6- 8 yrs. of experience with 3 yrs. in MoldingWhat Will Put You AheadKnowledge in Connector manufacturing processThrough knowledge about Molding machines and auxiliary equipment, Molding process, process optimization. Able to set up machine & auxiliaries and load/unload the Molds independentlyFair Knowledge about Mold Making and maintenance \\Knowledge on Quality System ISO 9000 , ISO 140001 & ISO 270001Product quality / measurement techniquesDevelopment of PFMEA, control plan and deployment within teamknowledge about HIRA study, EMPs Etc..SAP or equivalent MRP system with good understanding of batch management module.Basic SPC technique and its applicationAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
