Key Responsibilities:
• Team Supervision: Lead and motivate front-line staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Customer Service Management: Ensure high-quality customer service by resolving guest complaints and addressing issues promptly.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee order accuracy, service speed, and cleanliness in both the dining area and kitchen. Ensure adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and ensure timely supply replenishment to avoid shortages or waste.
• Shift Management: Manage shift schedules, ensure optimal staff coverage during peak hours, and handle any staffing issues as they arise.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide daily operational reports to the Restaurant Manager, including staff performance, customer feedback, and any service issues.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced work environment
• Knowledge of QSR operations and POS systems
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Qualifications:
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a QSR or fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month
