Supervisor \xe2\x80\x93 Material Controller (MC) Company : Rltech India Pvt. Ltd. Location: Sec 85, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Qualification: Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred. Experience: 1-3 Yrs : A material control supervisor participates in the daily work of material coordinators in an inventory warehouse. Their duties include supervising and coordinating the daily work in a warehouse, organizing inventory, maintaining inventory data, supervising the shipping and receiving of orders, generating purchasing requisition forms, and generating bills of materials. They may also be required to conduct some administrative tasks. Material Controller Supervisor Responsibilities:

- Process material requisitions for purchasing, production.
- Monitoring Inventory levels and processing of inventory transaction generated from cut lists and material requisitions. This will include data entry and importing data into requisition and inventory systems.
- Responsible cycle counting of key raw material and oversight of annual physical inventory.
- Monitor and recommend purchase/build requirements for key raw material and manufactured stock inventory items.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, stacking, order filing, and maintaining stock records in warehouse.
- Issuance of labelling and casing or packing of materials or products.
- Lead a team of inventory or warehouse workers to receive and record a new stock as it comes in, and move stock onto trunks or store shelves as needed.
- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
- Meets warehouse financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related result as needed
