Maintenance Operations:
1. Supervise maintenance staff (electricians, plumbers, carpenters).
2. Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks.
3. Ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
Facility Management:
1. Oversee campus infrastructure (buildings, grounds, utilities).
2. Manage maintenance budgets and resources.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Predictive Maintenance:
1. Conduct regular facility inspections.
2. Identify and address potential issues.
3. Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Emergency Response:
1. Handle emergency maintenance requests.
2. Coordinate with emergency services (e.g., fire department).
Campus Upkeep:
1. Ensure cleanliness and organization.
2. Supervise housekeeping and landscaping staff.
Compliance and Safety:
1. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
2. Conduct safety training for maintenance staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
