Nirwana Group , a renowned real estate company based in Kharar, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor - Maintenance (Civil) to oversee and manage property maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and maintenance, specifically within the real estate industry. This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the day-to-day maintenance activities across residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, infrastructure, and facilities to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of maintenance issues.
• Oversee repairs related to civil works, plumbing, electrical systems, and other essential infrastructure.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, repair work, and service reports.
• Monitor the quality of work done by contractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required.
• Address tenant and customer complaints regarding maintenance issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in maintenance supervision and civil works in a reputed real estate company.
• Optional/ Preferable Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of building maintenance practices, materials, and techniques.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory compliance.
• Other Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
