Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Supervisor located in Jamnagar. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, planning, and managing production activities on the factory floor.
Qualifications
• Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Production Management
• Experience in Production Schedules and Planning
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management
• Strong production management skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team
• Bachelor's degree in B.Com or related field preferred
• Experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry
• Experience in managing manufacturing or production processes
• Knowledge of machinery operations and maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
