Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Supervisor to lead our interior fit-out projects. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of interior spaces, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and technical expertise will play a critical role in delivering successful interior fit-out projects that exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers to understand project scope, requirements, and timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Lead and supervise construction crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project specifications, and quality standards. Manage and resolve any technical or construction-related challenges that arise during the project. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet project requirements. Maintain regular communication with managers to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure quality. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including site reports, progress reports, and change orders. Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on the construction site. Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a safety-conscious culture among the team. Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management. Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Supervisor in interior fit-out projects (specially in Malls/Hospital/ commercial sites). Must have expertise in either Carpentry/ Stone / Electrical or Plumbing techniques. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior design principles. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Experience:
