Job Description
Role Taking care of all your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) needs. Responsibilities
- Perform general and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Ensure that all installations are done in accordance to the set standards.
- Make sure that any loose wires are connected and secured properly.
- Ensure calibration of thermostats and other controls.
- Follow the work schedule discussed with Management team and get the work done by supervising site work and labours or workers or site team.
- Work execution as per final layout.
- Maintain tracker of used and balance material and share daily work progress report to Site Engineer.
- Able to read Interior layout and have proper knowledge of RAC/PAC/VRF systems.
- Guide Technician properly and get work done from them on time and with accuracy.
- He should be good at supervision and punctual to achieve the decided schedule.
- Morning shift
- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
