Position Overview :
HEBE Steels Pvt Ltd, in collaboration with DAIS (Adhivaha Pvt Ltd), is seeking a skilled Supervisor for General Works to oversee daily operations at our site in Barhi Industrial Area, Hazaribagh. The Supervisor will manage general work activities, monitor worker performance, and ensure that all tasks are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervision of Daily Operations : Oversee day-to-day general work activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Team Management : Assign duties to workers, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Quality Control : Ensure that all work meets company standards for quality and safety.
• Compliance and Safety : Enforce safety guidelines and ensure that workers are adhering to company policies.
• Reporting : Maintain daily records of work progress, report any issues, and communicate with management to ensure seamless operations.
• Problem-Solving : Address any issues that arise during operations and find quick, efficient solutions.

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role or a similar position.

• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
