We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in leading a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business results.

Responsibilities :

- Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints

- Drive business results, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement

- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve team performance

- Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members

Requirements :

- 0-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?16,220.00 - ?21,895.00 per month
