: Supervisor for an agarbathi company, Yelachanahalli, Kanakapura road (Walkable distance from Yelachenahalli metro station)
Position Overview:
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining accurate stock records, and guiding staff to perform their tasks effectively. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and supervise loading/unloading activities for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assign tasks, train staff, and monitor performance.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct inventory checks.
• Prepare reports and communicate with teams, suppliers, and customers.
We are looking for male candidates only. Preferably candidates from South Bangalore .
Job Timings: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM
Benefits : ESI, PF and Bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
