- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food cart staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain high food safety standards, including proper food handling, storage, and disposal
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and ingredients, and controlling waste
- Monitor and report sales, profits, and customer feedback to management
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales growth
- Maintain a clean and organized food cart, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and operations, to achieve business objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in food service supervision or management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or hospitality degree preferred
- Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) and knowledge of local health regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
