Job Description
SUPERVISOR CUM ADVISOR:
Location : Navi Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
? Should have knowledge of automobiles and floor handling.
? Should do all documentation and maintain file every day.
? Should take regular follow up of the work from vendors.
? Should have knowledge of operating Tabs & mobile phone apps.
? Should have knowledge of handling customer queries and resolve their problems.
? Should know how to open job card and close job card.
? Should have general/basic knowledge of AMC & Warranty policies.
? Should know how to draft, handle mails and revert back the mails.
? He has 5 years of experience in automobile industry or he have worked in automobile workshop.
? Candidate should have knowledge of CRMDMS software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
