Nirwana Group , a leading real estate company based in Kharar, is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil construction and project supervision, particularly in the real estate sector. This role demands excellent on-site management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality results within stipulated timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
• Inspect materials, workmanship, and ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain detailed site reports, including labour and material usage.
• Ensure that construction aligns with approved plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Manage laborers and subcontractors effectively to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Support senior management in identifying potential risks and implementing corrective measures.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in a well-established real estate company.
• Optional Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in interpreting construction drawings and technical designs.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with modern construction techniques, materials, and safety regulations.
• Other Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
