Responsible for laying down policies and procedures for the department and cascade the same with other dept to bring one common practice among the departments. Identifying actions to meet the set goals and monitoring the metrics. Adherence to QMS & EHS requirements. What You Will Do Monitor production quantity and quality as per the the standard Interaction with planning dept to meet CRD/ MPD and to balance the machine loading.xa0 Involve activity of production line set up / tool, machine & equipment setting ,repair and modification /Track performance of machines / daily resource allocation and OT hour compliance in line with CSR and operation requirement.xa0 Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Degree/Diploma in Mechanical /Electrical/Electronics.
