• Motion Technologies: (Revenue of $1.4B; headcount of ~ 4,000; operates in 13 countries) manufactures brake components and specialized sealing solutions, shock absorbers and damping technologies primarily for the global automotive, truck and trailer, public bus and rail transportation markets.

Position Summary:

• Lead and manage the AP & T&E team for the India shared services location that supports ITT globally, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and T&E reimbursements.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to AP & T&E staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the AP & T&E function to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and reduce errors.
• Take ownership of complex AP & T&E issues and provide strategic guidance to resolve escalations promptly.

Analyze AP aging reports, work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting of financial data.
Prepare and present reports for monthly financial reviews, ensuring key stakeholders are aligned on AP performance and any risks or opportunities.Administer SAP Concur Expense and Intelligence: Manage expense reports and generate insights using Concur Intelligence reporting tools Essential Responsibilities:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s Degree in Commerce or Accounting (required)
• 5+ years of T&E and AP experience in a Shared Service Organization
• Management Experience
• Must have prior experience with SAP Concur Expense & SAP Accounts Payable
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data and generate reports accurately and efficiently.
