Job Description

• Port Operations Executives are responsible for the smooth operations of job-works on import/export cargo at Ports or warehouses.

•Key Responsibilities are listed below: •

• Work with key stakeholders including surveyors, buyers/sellers or their agents, charterers, ship crew, regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory & operational regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping agents for customs clearance processes
• Obtain permits for movement of material, workers, tools and transport to & from jobsites.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure shipments are delivered in a timely manner.
• Optimize resource allocation at job sites (port and warehouses) through workflow management and coordination with other stakeholders.
• Review and sign off shipping documents while ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Record information of shipment statistics; weight, destination, quantity, type, charge...etc.
• Monitor movement, consumption and returns of material, crafts, and tools at jobsites.
• Monitor and report performance and expenditure of all job works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
