Job Description

Tasks, Duties, & General Responsibilities:
o Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding receivables.
o Preparing weekly and monthly KPI reports assisting in identifying key collection trends and progress against targets.
o Assist and provide direction to the team, including coaching and training.
o Aggregate and analyze receivable data.
o Foster strong business partnerships with key stakeholders in the organization to achieve optimal results.
o Drive continuous improvement with receivable activities.
o Leads, motivates, and develops talent within the organization including, but not limited to, immediate direct reports by coaching, counseling, engaging, and evaluating associate performance.
o Assists in the supervision and performance evaluation of assigned staff as required.
o Organizes monthly meetings to communicate information and guidance from company leadership and to review policies, procedures, and best practices.
o Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
o Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
o Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
o Experience in Collections and Deductions. At least 7-10 plus years in similar profile.
o Supervisory experience.
o Experience training and developing teams.
o Master's preferred but not mandatory. Must have bachelor's degree in commerce/accounting/Finance.
o Working knowledge of SAP, a must
o Experience with an integrated collections management solution like GET PAID / HighRadius.
o Extremely organized, detailed, and proactive
o Analytical, tenacious, and great at research, follow-through & follow-up
o Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (complex formulas, data analytics, pivot table, etc.).
o Domain Knowledge: Collections, deduction management, disputes settlement.
o Excellent oral and written communication skills are required; the ability to interact and collaborate with internal and external customers at all levels of management and staff globally.
o Knowledge of all Microsoft Office Products specifically Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word. Must be assertive to follow up on resolving issues; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
o Experience working with a remote team.
