Supervisor (3 Ph)
Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
• Adhere to 3 Phase Billing & Collection Day-wise scheduled by closely monitoring the Bill Collector's and Meter Reader's day-to-day activity.
• Compile and update billing & collection reports daily.
• Identify Low-performing MBC staff and take necessary actions for improvement of their performance.
Qualification:
• Diploma or graduate from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar activities of Meter Reading, Billing & Collection, with exposure to working on computer.
• Must be local to Jagatsinghpur or Paradeep.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?244,055.00 per year
