### What will you do?
• Drive content strategy for the movie channel/OTT, ensuring a diverse mix if genres, formats, and themes that resonate with Bengali audiences.
• Operationalise the acquisition and commissioning of Bengali films and related content.
• Operations, scheduling, and Program Control: Lead scheduling & release of FPC, on air presentation, break strategy & on airtime management.
• Manage channel branding and positioning to achieve audience growth engagement by drawing insights from quantitative & qualitative analysis. Timely identification and interpretations of trends in viewership & insights to improve viewership. Insight support to build & improve new movie acquisitions.
• Execution of promo strategy, prioritizing etc, special packaging and communication requirements - cue and ideas to support Programming/OAP/ Marketing.
### Who should apply?
• Candidates with 8-10 years of relevant experience with a graduation
• Candidate should be an Subject Matter Expert on Bengali Films.
• Individuals with understanding of BARC / GEC
