Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries and issues via email, phone, or chat.
- Office Management: Organize office, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and oversee supplies.
- Data Entry and Management: Maintain accurate customer profiles, product inventory, and records.
- Order Processing: Fulfill orders promptly and accurately.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare administrative documents, reports, and maintain spreadsheets.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams.
- Quality Assurance: Review data and documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:  
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Previous administrative or office management experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
