Summer Intern - Strategy & Transactions - VME The opportunity EY is looking for Summer Intern for Valuation, Model & Economics in Strategy & Transactions. Your key responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse and prepare complex financial models. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse markets, industries and corporate and generate outputs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare pitch presentations / documents \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare debt restructuring notes/financial reports reports based on quantitative and qualitative factors and market realities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare information memorandum, marketing collateral / presentations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in syndication and placement of transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in review and negotiation of transaction documentation with lenders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interact with lenders and other advisors on transaction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to the Restructuring & Turnaround Group through business development and generation of ideas. Skills and attributes for success \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent financial modelling and financial analysis skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent report writing skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work under tight deadlines in a competitive environment and produce highquality output. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong team player. \xe2\x80\xa2 Initiative and ability to generate ideas and carry the same forward. \xe2\x80\xa2 Documentation experience including information memorandum and loan documentation. To qualify for the role you must have \xe2\x80\xa2 CA / MBA / Graduate degree with an exceptional academic background Ideally you\'ll also have \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative As a part of Valuation Modelling and Economics team you\'ll be right at the heart of the action. You\'ll work with many of the world\'s largest organizations, fastest-growing companies and private equity firms on some of the most complex deals.
