We are a team of 150+ young professionals with overall 3+ decades of combined experience.Sumit is looking for a real estate Marketing Executive with below job responsibilities : - Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy- Ensure all marketing efforts (online & offline) serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success- Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends- Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including a credentials database, tracking capability, global contact directory, and intranet sites- Further knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, and local marketing ideas and tactics with the team.- Coordinate with vendors in terms of execution, recce & payments follow ups as per the task assigned/marketing activity planned.- Ensure & adhere to reporting structure on weekly, monthly as required by your superior or as per company's requirement.Maximum Age Limit : 25 - 35 YearsJob Type : Full-timeJob Timings : 10am - 7pmJob Location : Malad EastWeek Off : SundaySalary : 3,00,000.00 p.a. - 6,00,000.00 p.a.Qualification : Graduate with experience into real estate marketing.Experience : 3years - 7yearsSchedule: Flexible shiftJob Types : Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary : 300,000.00 - 600,000.00 per yea (ref:updazz.com)
