b Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainer for the Atal Tinkering Lab. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and mentoring students in the field of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Workshops and Training:
• Plan and conduct workshops and training sessions on various topics related to STEM.
• Develop hands-on activities and projects for students to foster their creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Curriculum Development:
• Design and develop curriculum and educational content for the lab activities.
• Ensure the content is engaging, informative, and aligns with the objectives of the Atal Tinkering Lab.
• Mentorship:
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students on their projects and innovations.
• Encourage and support students in participating in national and international competitions.
• Lab Management:
• Manage and maintain the lab equipment and materials.
• Ensure a safe and conducive environment for students to work in.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other trainers, educators, and industry experts to enhance the learning experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in STEM education.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Science, Education, etc.)
• Previous experience in teaching or training, preferably in a STEM-related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using various educational tools and technologies.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation and technology.
• Ability to manage and engage with a group of students effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,328.39 - ?20,000.00 per month
