Roles and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
Inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.
Sell products by establishing and developing relationships with prospects.
Convert high revenue leads.
Retain customers to increase repeat business.
Customer identification, call planning, account management and closing.
Maintain all clients contact details in CRM system (Clients Contacts, Call Reports, Price Quotes, Email Correspondence.
Develop and maintain business plans to achieve sales targets.
Desired profile:
Graduate in any stream. Engineering graduates preferred.
Experience in online / telesales / telemarketing (6 months to 1 year + )
Proficiency in spoken English is a must.
Familiarity with e-commerce and its components
Knowledge on software like Zoho CRM, Salesforce is an added advantage.
Highly analytical, self-driven individuals preferred.
