Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the General Manager - Human Resources. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in human resources management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organisational development. The General Manager - HR will play a key role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with the company\'s goals and foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company\'s overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address key HR issues and challenges.
Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment process(Both domestic and global Hiring)
- Ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organisation.
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees for future leadership positions.
Employee Relations:
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy workplace culture.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
Performance Management:
- Design and implement performance management systems to align individual goals with organisational objectives.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve HR processes.
Benefits Administration:
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with vendors to optimise benefits offerings.
HRIS Management:
- Oversee the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimise HRIS tools to meet the evolving needs of the organisation.
Payroll Administration:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to streamline payroll workflows.
Equity Management:
- Administer and manage equity programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with finance and legal teams to execute equity transactions and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience 10+ years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a General Manager
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labour laws, and industry best practices.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human capital management.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in change management and organisational development.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
