Role Summary :
- This role entails managing the P&L and heading all brand management activities and operations for a very exciting launch planned at VLPL. The launch is planned for later this year in a very fierce category in India
- This will be a retail led brand and hence focus will be on building distribution and investing in measures to aid offtake. Post a certain revenue threshold the intent is to invest in mass media and this individual will be responsible for handling that as well
Deliverables :
- Responsible for achieving overall top line & bottom line objectives
- Responsible for all brand activations (offline and online)
- Work closely with several advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns
- POSM management / In store visibility execution
- Planning & execution of Digital Marketing Strategies & Social Media Marketing
- Lead brand collaboration and partnership opportunities
- Monitor market and consumer trends and stay up to date with market trends.
- Forecasting and working with relevant team members to ensure month on month stock availability
- Working with the relevant sales / channel team to ensure revenue growth across general trade and ecommerce
Educational Qualifications : MBA in Marketing from a Tier 1or Tier2 Institute
Experience Required :
- Must have experience of minimum 4-5 years of FMCG, Personal care industry
- Similar experience in Brand Marketing with at least 2 years in managing P&L responsibility from skin care or color cosmetics background
- Strong conceptual knowledge of FMCG best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Analytical skills and stake holder management
