Your Role and Responsibilities
As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM\'s offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
• Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
• Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.

• Should have in depth understanding of SAP Enable Now and worked on the components such as SEN Instant Producer, SEN Producer, SEN Manager & SEN Companion
• Should have worked as Standard Author and worked on the components not limited to Simulations, Demos, Quizzes & Recording.
• Should have worked on Basic and advanced editing including Localization update and have created courses using templates, resources using simple & dynamic pages, desktop companion Context help and guided tours.
• Must have a sound knowledge on Producer-manager interaction, collaboration, versioning, customizations & content structuring.
• Must have sound knowledge on Manager module & has worked on Deployment and delivery area (SCORM, Offline publishing, video)

• Have good understanding of HR processes especially in SuccessFactors & SF EC certification with a minimum of 4 years of experience and have created or developed training materials in the past for SuccessFactors application.
• Worked on SF Employee Central module as implementation or support consultant have sound knowledge around other modules of SF and it inter dependencies.
• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in SAP Enable Now and Certified in SAP Enable Now
