About the jobAs a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and supporting various modules of the SAP SuccessFactors suite, including TimeOff, EC Core, Timesheet, and Benefits.Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and analyze business processes related to TimeOff, EC Core, Timesheet, and Benefits.
Configure SuccessFactors modules based on client specifications, ensuring alignment with best practices and system capabilities.
Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on system functionalities and ensure smooth adoption of SuccessFactors modules.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing implementations, resolving issues and optimizing system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation and integration of SuccessFactors modules.
Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements, advising clients on new features and opportunities for system improvement.
Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
Document system configurations, processes, and user guides to support knowledge sharing and future reference.Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant, with expertise in TimeOff, Employee Central (EC) Core, Timesheet, and Benefits modules.
Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors solutions for medium to large organizations.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices related to TimeOff, EC Core, Timesheet, and Benefits management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.Preferred Skills:
Experience with other SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Recruiting, or Learning Management System (LMS).
Knowledge of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) modules and integration with SuccessFactors.
Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other integration tools.
