Position Overview:

Ties Institute is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Trainer for our Travel Visa and Passport Consultant Course. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling Tourist and Business Visa Applications, as well as Passport Cases. The Trainer will be responsible for imparting practical knowledge and skills to our learners, ensuring they are prepared to handle real-world scenarios in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach the intricacies of various Tourist and Business Visa applications, ensuring learners understand the requirements, processes, and best practices.
• Provide detailed instruction on handling Passport cases, including renewals, applications, and troubleshooting issues.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and case studies.
• Assess learners' progress through evaluations, quizzes, and practical exercises.
• Stay updated with the latest changes and updates in visa and passport regulations and processes.
• Offer one-on-one support and mentorship to learners, helping them overcome challenges and improve their understanding.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve course content.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in Travel Visa and Passport consultation.
• In-depth knowledge of Tourist and Business Visa applications for multiple countries.
• Strong understanding of Passport application processes and regulations.
• Proven experience in training or teaching, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information and convey it effectively to learners of varying levels.
• Patient, approachable, and committed to the success of learners.
• Relevant certifications in travel and tourism, visa consultancy, or a related field are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and online teaching tools.
• Ability to provide practical insights and real-world examples to enhance learning.
