Position: SME (Subject Matter Expert)Experience:

Evaluate business operations and processes using subject expertise.

>Identify opportunities for technical solutions to enhance performance.

>Consult across operations, provide mentorship, and share specialized knowledge.

>Recommend technical solutions and define software development needs.Guide the team through the development life cycle with subject expertise.

>Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of solutions.

>Assess whether technical solutions meet requirements.

>Verify technical documentation, including user guides and manuals.

>Ensure accurate representation of expertise before solution distribution.

>Document processes and communicate updates to stakeholders.

>Subject Matter Expert Requirements:Priorly experience working as a telecaller or in a similar roleDemonstrable credentials as a leading SME.

>3 years of experience working in the relevant area of expertise.

>Advanced knowledge of business operations and project management.

>Advanced ability to recommend and implement technical solutions for cross-functional projects.

>Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities to introduce technical solutions.Excellent recordkeeping, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

>Excellent interpersonal skills.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Strong organizational abilities.Ability to work well in a team or independently.

>Proficient in managing multiple tasks.Strong problem-solving skills.

>Exceptional attention to detail.Effective time management.

>Sound decision-making abilities.
