As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on a wide range of topics, and you will play a key role in helping us to achieve our goals. Subject Matter Expert Duties:

Performs advanced and complex tasks Managed projects from start to finish, including research, development, design, testing, implementation, and operation Provides vision and leadership for functional area/department Ensures compliance with all current, relevant, and applicable laws, regulations, rules, and guidelines (internal/external) Applies extensive knowledge of relevant field to solve unique problems Ability to apply innovative strategies Takes ownership of work Demonstrates leadership qualities Ability to effectively manage time, workload, and priorities Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team Succeeding in role requires deep expertise of the job function

Subject Matter Expert Responsibilities:

Provide technical and operational support to field operations teams, including installation, operation and maintenance of technical system components Develop, prepare, and present training material, including presentation materials, videos, and Telepresence Assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure proper service levels
