Position Summary:

This Position will require significant process expertise related to Fixed Asset & Cash accounting process. Reconciler must ensure that a company\'s financial balances match with the figures in its account ledgers. As a reconciliation specialist, you examine the company\'s accounting records, review them with banking documentation, and report any discrepancies in the reports.

• Timely follow-ups on the open items to maintain the clean reconciliation every month.
• Identify areas where controls and procedures can be improved in the preparation of the account reconciliations and propose solutions.
• Posting all the Bank Charges & Interest Journals on monthly basis, recording all the treasury & IC related transactions on time.
• Download all the required Bank Statements on WD1 and save into the assigned folder.
• Run Auto reconciliation on daily basis also record manually in case any transaction left unreconciled.
• Maintain the Cash Deposit file on daily basis also ensure the cash receipts are recorded on time.
• Record all the Month end related journals without any fail and update the checklist accordingly.
• Review, analyze and process all capital asset disposal and capital asset transfer requests.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of fixed asset subledger to General Ledger balances for all US and Canadian affiliates.
• Assist in preparation of documentation for internal/external audit requests and SOX compliance data requests.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of fixed asset subledger.
• Maintain and close Asset Management
• Respond on all the adhoc queries withing the TAT assigned.

Experience Range: 7-10 Years of relevant exp.
