Designation-: Subject Matter Expert

Experience-: 0-1 yrs

Location-: Indore

Working Mode-: Work from office / WFH

Salary-: As per industry standard+ incentives

Expert Required for Subject - Physics

Immediate joiner preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplying quality content in their stream.

This involves providing accurate and helpful solutions to queries or questions posed on the portal, demonstrating expertise in the relevant subject matter.

Technical solutions to ensure they align with predefined requirements, which could involve testing, analysis, and collaboration with technical teams.

Responsible for giving the solution to the query that will appear on the portal.

Maintaining and updating the daily records in the tracker, mention all details.

Support the client-handling queries on a real-time basis.

Skills:

Preferably have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in their respected subject of expertise.

Knowledge of MS Office.

Excellent Proficiency in English language, and good communication skills.

Exceptional mentorship abilities to implement technical solutions.

Demonstrable credentials as a leading Subject Matter Expert.

Ability to identify problems & solved the problem as pert the requirement
