about the role key result / decision areas (outcomes) Act as Technical/Solution Expert on Versa - SD-WAN and SASE Understand complex design of Versa SDWAN setup & also solution suggested as per customer requirement. Plan, Transition, Transformation, Green field/organic growth deployment and support - Versa SDWAN solutions Prepare Site Requirements, High Level, and Low Level Design & Acceptance test plan documents for all the assigned projects. Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on different SDWAN setup/design & Product features. Lead all project activities end to end ( including HOTO) from project delievery prospective for entire SDWAN solution. Owning and supporting SDWAN migrations of Customer locations from Legacy WAN solutions to the Centralized Global SDWAN solution Coordinate with different SDWAN vendors, partners and service providers as and when needed Provide training to operations team (L1/L2) & Support operation Manager to setup service delivery process. Strong communication skills as they will be the first level of escalation once cut-overs are completed. Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products. Good understanding of a variety of WAN transports including MPLS, DIA, LTE Utilize moderate to complex lab setups to recreate and solve project implementation problems. Support in building setup for customer DEMO/POC. Should be highly motivated and customer focused professional about you Experience 8-10 years of related experience in Customer facing Organization from the SI/Telco domain. Deep understanding of TCP/IP and advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, expertise with general routing/switching, Routing protocols (e.g BGP, OSPF, EIGRP,), branch, and DataCenter Architectures Hands on Experience in Design and Deployment of Versa SDWAN/SASE (Green filed /Brown filed ) and integration support with existing Infrastructure. Support with Design, Consulting and Architecture activities for the Versa SDWAN and SASE Good Conceptual understanding (Architecture /Components/Deployment use cases/Integrations) of Versa SDWAN with Single and Multi-tenant platforms (using Versa Orchestration platform). Hands-on implementation experience on Versa head-end components - Controller and Edge devices both Physical and Virtual, cloud and On Prem deployments Hands-on experience on Device Onboarding-ZTP, high availability, Template Workflow based Deployment and building topology-Full/Partial Mesh, Hub and spoke etc Exposure on Application Aware Routing , Third party device integration, DIA, QOS Good understanding of Versa SDWAN Supporting Concepts and technologies including Networking fundamentals andRouting protocols - Static , OSPF, BGP, MPBGP. Wan technologies - MPLS, Broadband, Leased Lines etc. Policy based Routing, RBAC, Multi-tenants, etc Versa SD-WAN devices configuration - Versa Concerto, Versa Director, Versa Controller, VOS, VSA and Versa Analytics cluster.
