Neolytix is a multi-line Management Service Organization (MSO) providing support to the smaller healthcare providers and practices so they can remain competitive in our Healthcare system. Together with Practice Tech Solutions (digital division), we provide end to end nonclinical services to healthcare providers.

Neolytix is committed to a virtual remote workforce vision and is looking for a senior and talented medical biller who has experience in building claims, working on AR resolution and understands the in\xe2\x80\x99s and out\xe2\x80\x99s running a successful billing process for healthcare provider by delivering to the best in the class Accounts Receivables and Medical Billing KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.

This role will evolve into someone who will become a key client touch point and will work across various departments at Neolytix to assist the client practice in running and managing credentialing, billing, front office and patient collections effectively. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys hands on working, loves being a solo contributor and enjoys client facing roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Hands on Biller and AR resolution specialist who works to ensure client medical billing is completed in a timely manner and monitors AR proactively

If working with another biller \xe2\x80\x93 manage the AR portfolio performance as well as speed and quality metrics

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to talk to client, patients and insurance companies, answer emails and chat

Be extremely organized \xe2\x80\x93 have the ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks

Ability to learn new skills, be able to problem solve on their own and work with different people at Neolytix

Be a team player and foster positive relationships with other members of the team by providing constructive feedback to internal teams that benefits the clients we serve

Document processes, SOP\xe2\x80\x99s, actions from meetings with/for the client and follows up for completing tasks in time

Communicate, escalate or close actions/ issues in a cross functional environment

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience: Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience working as a medical biller across different specializations, preferably for a private practice in United States

Familiar with multiple EHR, Clearing House and Billing systems

SME experience, Quality Analyst, Trainer will be a plus (relevant to medical billing)

1 to 3 years of team management or US client facing experience preferred

Proficient at collaboration, organization and task delivery \xe2\x80\x93 basic project management skills will be nice to have

Has basic familiarity of coding and credentialing

Can conduct basic root cause analysis and analyze performance reports

Can prepare and analyzes insurance contracts, weekly and monthly financial reports, and accounts receivable reports
