Job Overview:
As a Fashion Consultant at Rent an Attire, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience by offering personalized fashion advice and styling tips. You will assist clients in finding the perfect outfits for their occasions, ensuring they feel confident and stylish in their attire. In addition to client interaction, you will contribute to the overall performance of the store by driving sales and maintaining our high-quality inventory
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consulting:
• Offer personalized styling advice based on client preferences, body type, and events.
• Conduct fittings, ensuring perfect tailoring.
• Stay updated on fashion trends to enhance the client experience.
2. Sales Focus:
• Promote Rent an Attire's rental services and provide tailored solutions.
• Upsell accessories and services to boost sales.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay informed on fashion trends to make style suggestions.
3. Client Relationship Management:
• Build strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Keep detailed client records to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Follow up post-rental to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
4. Inventory Management:
• Ensure garments are in top condition for client use.
• Monitor rentals, returns, and stock levels, coordinating cleaning and repairs.
• Maintain attractive store displays aligned with brand standards.
5. Event Coordination:
• Participate in in-store events and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
• Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns that drive client engagement and footfall.
Requirements:
• A passion for fashion and styling, with an eye for detail and a deep understanding of current fashion trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Previous retail or customer service experience in the fashion industry is preferred.
• A sales-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving targets and providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
