Job Summary:The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and brand presence within the FMCG or Pharma sector. Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning and Execution- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.- Create and manage annual sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.2. Sales Management- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.- Establish sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular reports on sales metrics.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.3. Marketing and Brand Management- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and events.- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for creative and promotional activities.4. Product Management- Work closely with product development teams to ensure market needs are met.- Launch new products effectively and manage the lifecycle of existing products.- Analyze product performance and make recommendations for improvements.5. Customer Insights and Relationship Management- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.- Develop and implement customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics.- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness,and market trends to senior management.- Adjust strategies based on performance data and market feedback.Qualifications:Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
