What will you do \xe2\x97\x8f Take complete ownership for a group of students including course and country evaluation, onboarding, detailed counselling, regular follow-ups and manage the overall responsibility of the students assigned \xe2\x97\x8f Develop a deep understanding of the university admissions process, application and intake cycle. \xe2\x97\x8f Create a trusted relationship with students virtually as their Coach for any guidance related to University admissions and catering to their preliminary eligibility(GRE,GMAT) and language skills(IELTS,TOEFL etc..) as well \xe2\x97\x8f Review the progress of every student application on an ongoing basis to understand the current level of performance and perform the bottleneck check with different teams. \xe2\x97\x8f Build cross-discipline relationships in the organization, partnering closely with the Growth team, Student Counsellors, Key Account Managers, Loan counsellors, Test prep and other support functions while providing feedback and insights. \xe2\x97\x8f Execute the Post-offer management process alongside the deposits and ensure timely coordination with the Visa team. \xe2\x97\x8f Implement the nuance of sale strategies and ensure that the number of targets are met throughout the intake cycles. What will you need \xe2\x97\x8f Graduate/MBA in the field of business/ management/ psychology with a minimum of 1 year of experience. \xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in student counselling and guiding students specifically for USA. \xe2\x97\x8f In-depth knowledge of the US education system, universities, programs, admission processes, and visa regulations. \xe2\x97\x8f Exemplary sales and negotiation skills while having a student-first approach. \xe2\x97\x8f Possess strong research skills \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively - oral and written. \xe2\x97\x8f Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working on tight deadlines.
