Position Overview:

Studio 11 Productions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with our operations and production teams to support the day-to-day functioning of our studio. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in the fashion industry, as well as insight into the operations and logistics behind the scenes of a production company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Studio Operations: Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
Help maintain a clean and organized studio space.
Assist in tracking and managing inventory and studio supplies.

Production Support: Collaborate with the production team to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Assist with the coordination of shoots, including scheduling, equipment setup, and breakdown.

Logistics and Scheduling: Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for the operations team.
Help manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to studio operations.
Assist in data entry and organization of important files and documents.

Vendor and Client Communication: Communicate with vendors and clients as directed by the operations team.
Assist in coordinating deliveries and shipments.

Other Tasks: Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by the operations director
Act as a liaison between various departments within the company.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably in business, fashion, media, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the fashion and media industry and a desire to learn about studio operations.

• Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
