The Studio Executive at Indian Institute of Commerce Lakshya will oversee the production of educational content, ensuring that all studio operations align with the institute's academic goals. This role involves managing the creation of video lectures, instructional materials, and other academic media content, as well as coordinating studio schedules, equipment, and resources. The Studio Executive will work closely with faculty, instructional designers, and media production teams to deliver high-quality educational content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Studio Operations Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the academic studio, ensuring activities support the production of educational content for CA, ACCA, CMA, and CS courses.
• Manage studio scheduling to facilitate the recording of lectures, tutorials, and other instructional materials.
• Ensure all studio equipment and facilities are maintained and ready for academic use, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and editing software.
• Content Production Coordination:
• Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, and academic staff to plan and produce educational videos and multimedia content.
• Coordinate the availability of studio space and resources for content production.
• Monitor project timelines and provide updates to the Academic Media Manager on the progress of content creation.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that all produced content meets academic standards and aligns with the institute's curriculum.
• Work with the production team to review and edit content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and educational effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes for all media outputs.
• Resource Management:
• Assist in managing the budget for studio operations, tracking expenses related to academic content production.
• Oversee the inventory of studio supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available for production.
• Manage contracts and relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed.
• Faculty and Staff Support:
• Provide training and support to faculty and staff in using studio facilities and equipment.
• Assist faculty in the preparation and delivery of recorded lectures and other instructional materials.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and best practices in the studio.
• Client and Stakeholder Relations:
• Serve as the primary contact for academic departments utilizing the studio for content production.
• Address any issues or concerns from faculty, ensuring their needs are met during the production process.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in studio management, educational content production, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on academic content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using studio equipment and production software, specifically for educational purposes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of educational standards and content delivery methods.
