Studio Operations:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic studio assistant to join our podcast production team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment and a passion for creating high-quality content. This role involves assisting with day-to-day studio operations, production tasks, and live events to ensure a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and prepping the podcast studio for recording sessions.
• Handle, move, and set up equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and backdrops.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio and equipment storage areas.

Technical Assistance:

• Operate basic camera, lighting, and audio equipment during recording sessions.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with audio and camera gear under the guidance of the creative director.

Recording & Editing:

• Support the team with audio and video recording tasks, including podcasts, interviews and internal events.
• Assist in post-production tasks such as basic video and audio editing.

On-Set and Live Event Support:

• Assist as an on-set production assistant for podcasts and other studio recordings.
• Provide support at live events, including stage tech, lighting, and audio setup as needed.

Social Media Distribution:

• Have a basic understanding of video formatting and uploading for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Flexible Schedule:

• Be available to work evenings and weekends as required by production schedules.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Familiarity with podcast or media production is a plus.
• Basic editing skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
